style=\"font-size:1.5em\">自分が楽しいと思えることに出会えたから\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>だと思うのです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>あらゆる本で出てくる言葉が、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">対話の重要性\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>を説いています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私自身が相談下手で何事も自分で抱え込み、最終的に感情的になることを繰り返すことで周りに迷惑をかけていたと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>最終的に感情的な振る舞いをするならば、その前に自分の弱みや悩みをもっと他人に相談してこれば良かったのになと後悔している次第です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>最近は家族を含めて、知り合いに自分から相談することが出来るようになってきました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>更に指導者側の目線として生徒や講師とも対話の頻度を増やすように心がけています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>すると、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">気持ちが楽になる効果\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>を実感しています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>指導する側が気持ちが楽になるとは変な感想かもしれませんが、お互いに対等な目線で対話する指導を心がけることにより、前よりも物事がスムーズに進むような感触を得ることが出来ました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私自身が、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">人が自分の思うように動かない\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">傲慢な思考\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>に陥っていたのだと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.25em\">ポンペイウスは人に命令することに長け、カエサルは人を操作することに長けていた。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>という話を読んだことがあります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>操作するという言葉はネガティブですが、カエサルは部下との対話を大切にしたからそれぞれの長所を生かして上手く動き、ポンペイウスを打ち破ったのではないでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">人は人の思うがままにしか生きれない\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>という言葉も読んだことがあります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>対話をするにあたり、それぞれの人の気持ちを汲み取ることに留意し、相手を尊重することで指導者側も気持ちが楽になるのではと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>生ぬるいかもしれませんが、人は自分の思う通りにしか生きれません。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、そこに論理的整合性が伴う方法を用いないと成果は出せません。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>そこに指導者側や大人や親が焦ってしまい、子供に成果を期待しすぎることが、結果的に結果を阻害する要因になるのではと思う次第です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">やりたいからやる。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">ある意味自分本位な甘い考え方ではないか\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>ともお話しました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私の意見になりますが、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">どうせ努力するならポジティブな方が良い\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と思いますし、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">強制されずに主体的に取り組むから\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>こそ\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">困難や苦労も論理的な思考で感情に振り回されずに乗り越えられていく\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>のではと思います。\n苦手なことは苦手なんだから苦手なのはしょうがないです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>でも、主体的に取り組むことで苦手なことも課題として捉えて倫理的に課題解決していくトレーニングを積むことは前述した通り、対話を通して可能だと私は信じています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私にも嫌なことや苦手なことがたくさんあります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>実際に、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">私は対話が下手くそ\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>だと思いました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>けれど、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">目の前の生徒や講師\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>に\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">主体性を身につけてもらいたいという気持ちは本物\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>だと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>ですので、自分自身を変えるためにミーティングで講師や外部から招聘したアドバイザー的な人物にダメ出しをされて傷つきはしますが、成長の糧だと思いポジティブに捉えて消化しています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:2em\">辛いけど楽しいです。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>自分自身を変化させることやフォームを正しい方向に持っていくのは、辛い作業にです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan
