style=\"font-size:1.5em\">根性論\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>についてお話します。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>何事も最終的には気持ちの問題ではないかと思っています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>そうしたメンタルを養う方法論として対話を積み重ねることをブログでは提案してきました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>加えて気持ちだけ先走ってもそこに論理的に正しい筋道が無ければ結果が出ないことをお話しました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">気持ちの問題だろ！\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>実はその言葉をすぐに理解し、実行し、成果を上げる人間が世の中には一定数います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">根性論\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>にも\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">有意性\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>はあるのです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、そこに大きな誤謬があります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>投手に球を速く投げろと言って速くなってしまう人もいます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>限界まで追い込んで筋肥大をしろと言って重量を伸ばしてしまうひともいます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>勉強をしろと言って本当に成績を伸ばしてしまう人もいます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>妥協するなと言って妥協しなくなる人もいます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>その他こうした例は多々あります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">それはその人が優秀だっただけなのでは？\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と疑問符を投げかけています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>やれといわれたことが出来てしまうその人の才能に甘えた指導方法が根性論ではないでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、本当に世の中の人々はそこまで優秀なのでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>指導に対して、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">具体的な理由付け\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>をして\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">何とか相手に伝える工夫\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>が大切なのではないでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">生ぬるいかもしれません。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、相手に育ってもらうことも社会や企業や指導者側の課題であることは事実です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>世の中の全ての人が根性論が通じる優秀な人間な訳ではありません。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>社会全体としても相手側に甘えた指導方法ではなく、相手側に合わせた指導方法が求められているのではないでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">楽しくてしょうがなかったです。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>中学、高校の顧問の先生は風貌は反社のようでしたが、非常に科学的で合理的なトレーニングを年代に合わせて施してくれましたし、練習試合を多く組んで結果を求めるよりも、しっかりと体つくりと技つくりをし、結果よりも内容を重視する指導をしてくれたと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>先生の現役時代の練習の話はとてもハードで恐ろしいものでしたが、少しでも先生に近づきたい思いで自分の練習の強度を中学生ながら上げていく工夫を毎日していました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>今考えると、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">どうしたら良いんだ\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>というものだと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>現実に上手く対処できないから、逃避行動が人によって形を変えて噴出するのでしょう。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>その際に、やはり必要になってくるのは\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">論理的思考様式\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>になってきます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>無理難題と言われることを解決してきた歴史上の人物たちはこうした論理的思考様式によって大難を解決してきたので感情的にならずに済んだのだと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私の考える頭の良さはこうしたものですし、勉強の出来る出来ないよりもこうした観点を勉強から学び取ってほしいです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>苦手なことに対して感情的にならずに、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">課題として捉え\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan
