style=\"font-size:1.5em\">何故失敗したか\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>を具体的に考える習慣を身につけてもらえばと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>正直に言うと、指導においてはこれらの正解は心の内にあります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>勉強に関して言うと、ほとんどの場合が勉強量不足です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>出来るようになるまでやれば大体の場合は勉強は出来るようになりますから。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>その際に指導で心掛けているのが、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">自分を疑うことを忘れないこと\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>があります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>人間は過去の成功体験にしがみつき、変化をすることを恐れる傾向があると思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私も指導方法においてそうしたことがあります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、過去は過去であって過去の一手が現在でも通用するかは絶対ではないです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>ですので、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">現状維持に満足しないため\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>には\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">今の自分の行動を疑うこと\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>は\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">主体的に何故を積み重ねるためにも大切\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>な考え方だと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>現状維持することですら、やはり過去の自分の適切なアップデートが必要だと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>でないと時代に取り残されてしまいますから。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>自分の行動を疑うことは簡単ではないと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>自分の見たくない現実を見ること、弱さと向き合うことは誰でも億劫ですから。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、生徒たちで主体性の萌芽を見せ始める子たちは本当に今の勉強方法で大丈夫なのかと疑いを持ちアップデートをしようとしてくれます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>そして、それは\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">往々にして不安という形\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>で現れることが多いです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>最近はそれらを一緒に対話しながら解決策を提案することが多いです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、中には\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">このままじゃダメなことは重々承知している\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>のに\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">なかなか行動に移せない意志の弱い子\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>もいます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>意志の弱い、行動力のない子に対して、意志を強く持て、行動しろと言っても、暖簾に腕押しになってしまうので、これもまた対話を重ねながら解決策を時間を掛けて探していく次第です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>こういう子との対話は二つのパターンに分かれます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">言語化が苦手なタイプ\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">嘘をつき続けるタイプ\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>ミックスされるパターンもあります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>非常に大人の側としてはイライラするパターンですが、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">結果を出すためには過程が大切\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>この過程において、感情的になったり、独りよがりで自分勝手な振る舞いをすると結果が出ないことは自明の理だと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">主体的に\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と言うと、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">自由放任主義\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>のように受け止められるケースがありますが、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">やはり一定の倫理観や論理的整合性\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>が求められると私は思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>さじ加減が難しいですが、大人側が主体性を育みつつも、一定の軌道修正を提案しながら正しい道筋を模索していくのが正解な気がします。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>この際に、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">叱ること\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>や\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">気合を出せ\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と言っても動けない子は動けないです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>そうした指導が有意に働くケースが多いのも事実です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、それは大人側が子供の資質に助けられて成功しているケースがほとんどだと考えます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>そうした子はどこに行っても通用するでしょうが、全ての子供がそうではありません。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>ですので、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">主体性を育むため\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>にも\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">子供の独りよがりや自分勝手な行動\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>に対して\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">弱い子には必要\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>なのではないかと思う次第です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>苦手なことに向かっていくことが苦手なのはしょうがないと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>仕方がないことなので大人側が結果を焦りすぎずに根気よく対話をしながら正解を探していくしかないでしょう。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私は大人側の人間ですが、私よりも年上の人たちが前述の様な思考様式で生きているのを度々見かけます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>恐らく、幼少期から主体性や論理的思考力を育むトレーニングが積めなかった結果なのではと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>感情的かつ論理的整合性のない思考様式に加えて、他責思考で自分を振り返らない大人が多いのも事実です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>上の世代がそうならば、下の世代にも影響が出るのは自明の理でしょう。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan
