style=\"font-size:1.5em\">まあ苦手は苦手なんだから苦手なんだし難しいよなあ\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>という気持ちと\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">そうは言っても解決していかないといけないよな\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>という入り混じった気持ちです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私の信条は、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">抽象的過ぎやしないか\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">自問自答し続ける日々\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>を過ごしています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>やりきるという気持ちがあればパフォーマンスは向上し、良い結果が出せるのは間違いないです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>そのためには失敗を恐れずに苦手なことに向かっていき克服するのが大切なことだと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">それを独りよがりに生徒や講師に押し付けていないか\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と自問自答しています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私自身が、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">マウントを取るようにポジショントークをしてきたのでは？\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と自問自答しています。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私にはその分野の才能があっただけの話なのです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>やりがいのあることに偶然巡り合い続けただけの話なのです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>だから、目標となることに対して臆せず何にでも主体的に挑戦できただけの話なのだと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">皆そうだろと…\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">これが押し付け\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>になるのです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>自分が出来るのだから他人も出来るだろうという感覚の危険さに生来の自己評価の低さから気づかないでいました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>意外とこういう人は多いのではないでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>そして、二つ目の方法論が、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:2em\">\u003Cstrong>小さな出来るを積み重ねる\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>私自身が指導上、非常に留意している点です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">出来ることを積み重ねることで出来ないことが出来るようになる\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と以前のブログでも書きました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>生徒は意外と以前できなかったことを忘れてしまいます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>その結果、自分が小さな出来るを積み重ねていることに実は気づかずにいるケースがほとんどです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>それを指導者側が発見し、ほめて、気づいてもらうのも腕の見せ所ではないでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>どんどん伸びていく子も、なかなか伸びない子もいますが、必ずきちんと指導をしていれば、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">テストに出る応用問題をそのまま教えてもらって、それを覚えてテストに臨みたい\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>というご要望があったけれど、なかなか難しいと話しました。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>それに関して、よくよく考えると、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">テスト対策とは何なのか？\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と深く考えさせられます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">テスト対策\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と言うと、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">テスト問題を予想して的中させる\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>と誤解される方が一定数います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>確かに予想の側面はあると思いますが、\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.5em\">テストに出る問題を丸々的中させてそのまま覚えさせる\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>ということは事実上不可能だと考えます。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>もし、そのような塾があるならば、相当な料金設定でも全員がその塾に通うのではないかなと思います。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>しかし、現実ではそうなっていません。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>もし、そうした塾があるのなら、その塾が各学校の一位を独占しているはずだからです。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>特に、集団塾ならその特性上、そこに通う生徒は全員が一位に近い成績をとっていないといけないので、理論上ありえない話になります。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>各予備校もそうでしょう。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>一定数予想が的中することもあるでしょうが、偶々、授業で扱った問題がでたことを予想が的中したと言うのはおかしな話です。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan
