style=\"color:#ff0000\">「今年度の振り返りと新年度の学習方針のすり合わせ」\u003C\u002Fspan>です。特に新高校3年生との面談では、これから本格的にスタートする受験勉強について、いつ、何を使って、どのように取り組んでいったら良いのか？という事を「科目別」「文理別」「入試形態別」にそれぞれ「学習のイメージ」をしっかりと共有しました。そしてもうひとつは\u003Cspan style=\"color:#ff0000\">「志望校について」\u003C\u002Fspan>です。\n \nこれを読んでいる高校生の皆さんの中にもそういった志望校がまだハッキリ決まっていない人もいるのではないでしょうか？高校受験の時は自分の実力と照らし合わせながら「部活」や高校卒業後に「進学」するか？「就職」するか？といった部分のイメージがあれば選びやすかったかと思います。しかし、選択肢が全国に広がる大学選びはそう簡単なものではありません。「どのように決めたら良いのか？」とお悩みの生徒さんにおススメしているのがまず大学について考えるのではなく、その先の\u003Cspan style=\"color:#ff0000\">考えることが必要な問題に脳のリソースを使う\u003C\u002Fspan>ことができるようになることが目標です。普段私達は個別指導ですが、このように皆で同じ方向を向いて学習する「空間」もまたピリッとして良いものです。生徒達の「熱」で教室の気温が一気に3℃上がりました！\n \nさて、アクシス将軍野校では今週から公立高校を受験する生徒を対象に「中学3年生本人面談」を実施しています。受験当日まで1か月を切った今。合格の可能性を1％でも高めるための一人ひとりの状況に合わせたアドバイスをしています。そんな中で多い心配事が「自分の受験校の受験者数」についてです。2月5日に各高校の受検者数・倍率が一旦確定し、発表されています。自分が出願している高校の出願者数が多いと不安になるようです。そこで私が生徒達に話をしているのが過去20数年経験してきた秋田県の公立高校入試の結果から言える「〇〇」という事実とイソップ寓話の「ウサギとカメ」の話です。※〇〇は会員生限定情報です笑\n \nなぜ、ウサギはカメに負けたのか？一つは\u003Cspan style=\"color:#ff0000\">「油断をしていたから」\u003C\u002Fspan>です。これは自分の点数が志望校の合格基準点数より上の生徒の学習量がこの時期に無意識に減ってしまうことがあるので注意を促します。もう一つは\u003Cspan style=\"color:#ff0000\">「常にウサギの視点がカメにあったから」\u003C\u002Fspan>です。ウサギは「カメは今どこにいるのか？」ばかり気にしていました。それに対してカメの視点は最終的な自分のゴールだけを見て歩み続けました。受験者数や倍率は自分自身でコントロールすることができません。目標を達成するために自分に必要な行動にフォーカスすることが大切です。こんな話を「〇〇」という事実とともに伝えると、生徒達は安心して表情が明るくなり、目にチカラが漲ってきます。\n \n合格するためには学力はもちろんですが、メンタルを前向きにしていくことも重要です。入試当日アクシス将軍野校の生徒全員が\u003Cspan
