style=\"color:#ee82ee\">こんにちは、平賀です。主に小・中学生の文系科目を担当しております。\n\nはじめは講師初心者の私に務まるのだろうかと不安もありましたが、授業の数をこなしていくうちに不安よりもやりがいや、生徒さんとの交流の楽しさの方が大きくなっていきました。\n生徒さんの成績が上がれば自分のことのように嬉しいですし、私の解説で理解してくれたときの喜びは実際に講師を経験しないと味わえない喜びだと思います。\n\n学生時代の私は、分からないことを上手く言語化できず、質問をすることが先生の手を煩わせてしまうようで申し訳ないと思ってしまう遠慮がちな生徒でした。\n私の他にもこのように感じてしまう人は一定数いるように思います。\n講師になって思うのが、\u003Cspan style=\"font-size:1.25em\">\u003Cstrong>生徒さんからの質問は本当にありがたい！\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>ということです。\n分からない問題を上手く言語化する必要はありませんよ。\n「この問題が分からない」の一言さえ言ってもらえれば、何が分からないのか、どうアプローチしていけば解けるようになるのかを一緒に見つけていくことができます。\n分からない問題をそのままにすることが一番良くないので、ちょっとでも疑問に思うことがあれば何でも質問してほしいです。\nそのためにも、\u003Cstrong>\u003Cspan
