style=\"font-family:"游明朝",serif;font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%;\">かなりガッツリやりますし、生徒の前に出すからには基準をクリアするのは大変だと思います。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-family:"游明朝",serif;font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%;\">\u003Cstrong>自信がないです。不安です。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>考えようによっては、何でも言える良い環境なのですが、私は少し物足りなさを感じる次第です。\u003Cbr>平気で、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-huge\">\u003Cstrong>自信がない、\u003Cbr>不安です、\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と人前で言うことは良いことでしょうか？\u003Cbr>私の役目は従業員の不安を解消し、ストレスなく、自信を持って授業に入れるように導いてくのが仕事です。\u003Cbr>生徒の不安を解消し、自信を持って試験に臨めるように導いていくのが仕事です。\u003Cbr>しかし、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>将来的にこうも簡単に人前で弱音を吐けることがプラスに働くとは思えない\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>のが私の気持ちです。\u003Cbr>これは\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-huge\">\u003Cstrong>メンタル面に課題を棚上げして、\u003Cbr>自分の単純な技量不足の言い訳をしているだけ\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>だと思います。\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-huge\">\u003Cstrong>練習不足だから不安になるだけです。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>勉強なら勉強、仕事なら仕事、研修なら研修、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-huge\">\u003Cstrong>もっと頭を働かせて具体的に実践をイメージして行動することが足りない\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>から起こる事象です。\u003Cbr>そして、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-huge\">\u003Cstrong>自信がない、不安がないと言わせてしまう指導者\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>も\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan
