class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>自分の裁量の及ばないことに不安\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>にならずに、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan lang=\"EN-US\">\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fspan>私ですが、開校以来、よっぽどのことがない限りは教室の掃除を３０分かけて毎日行っています。\u003Cbr>私の指導理念として、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>当たり前のことを当たり前にやる\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ことや\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>出来ることの小さな積み重ねが出来ないことにつながる\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>という考えや\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>掃除も出来ない人間が大きなことを成し遂げられないだろう\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>という気持ちがあります。\u003Cbr>独立する前のサラリーマン時代も毎日コツコツ行っていたので１０年以上はやっています。\u003Cbr>だから、教室の掃除を何千回もやってきた自負があります。\u003Cbr>ポジティブに考えすぎかもしれませんが、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>今日今この瞬間に掃除を出来ていることに関しては自分は世界一だ\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>とか\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>一週間毎日掃除をしたんだからそれに関しては自分は世界一だ\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>小さな世界一の事実を積み上げること\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>自分で自分を小さなことをやり遂げることで褒めること\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>を\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>毎日繰り返すこと\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>で\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>自己肯定感を高め\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ています。\u003Cbr>勉強にも通じることですが、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>毎日やることを習慣化する\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>やらないと気持ち悪くなる\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ので\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>歯を磨くように掃除\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>をしています。\u003Cbr>稀に仕事の都合や突然の電話何度で開校に間に合わなくて掃除が出来なくても自己嫌悪には陥りません。\u003Cbr>毎日やれているんだから明日からまたやろうと気持ちを切り替えています。\u003Cbr>視点を他者との比較ではなく、自分との約束事を守ることに向けてみると意外と簡単に世界一になったという感覚を持てます。\u003Cbr>自己肯定感が高いにこしたことはないです。\u003Cbr>自分がやった事実に対して、自分をほめると、毎日が楽しくなります。\u003Cbr>割とハードな日々を送っていますし、落ち込むこともありますが、それ以上にポジティブに自分のやれたことに対しては自分で評価することを心がけると継続することが楽しくなってきます。\u003Cbr>また次のブログで書きますが、自己評価が低いのと自己肯定感の高さは両立できます。\u003Cbr>私自身は自己評価が極めて低いです。\u003Cbr>不安になりやすいですし、緊張もすごいです。\u003Cbr>しかし、不安も緊張も限界まで思い詰めると、開き直るしかないので、成功のためのスパイスだなと感じています。\u003Cbr>不安と緊張と向き合う決心と覚悟を持てるようになったからだと思います。\u003Cbr>話がずれました。\u003Cbr>ですので、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>生徒が授業を頑張っているとき\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>や\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>宿題テストで満点を取った時\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>や\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>自習室に勉強に来る\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ということも\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>生徒それぞれが今この瞬間にそのことに関しては世界一になっている\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と自然に思ってしまうので\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>「終わったことへの後悔こそ自分の裁量の及ばない最たること」\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>をお話します！\u003Cbr>自分自身がストレスをため込みにくく、気持ちの切り替えが早いと言われるので一連のブログを書いてみました。\u003Cbr>お役に立てれば幸いです。\u003Cbr>前回のまとめとして、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>今この瞬間の自分の裁量の及ばない範疇のことは考えない\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ということ\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>今この瞬間の目の前の一つ、一つのことに注力すること\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>が大切だとお話しました。\u003Cspan style=\"font-family:"游明朝",serif;font-size:11.0pt;line-height:107%;\" lang=\"EN-US\">\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fspan>そのためには感情的にならず、論理的に考えると気持ちが落ち着きます。\u003Cbr>先々の不安に悩まされ、今目の前のこの瞬間に集中できないのはとてももったいないことです。\u003Cbr>その中で、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>自分の裁量の及ばないことの最たる例\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>として\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>後悔\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>についてお話したいと思います。\u003Cbr>極端な話だと、将棋の羽生善治さんは\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>後悔には何の意味もない\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>とまで言ってしまう人もいます。\u003Cbr>私も\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>起きてしまったことはしょうがない\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と思いますし、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>そこから如何に改善点を見出し、這い上がるか\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>が\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>その人の人間性を高めること\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>につながるのかなと思います。\u003Cbr>生徒でも勉強中に問題が出来たか、出来ないかで一喜一憂したり、極端な例だと正答できずに泣き出す生徒もいるようです。\u003Cbr>本当の負けず嫌いは\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>素直\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>だと柔道家の古賀稔彦さんは言っています。\u003Cbr>負けを素直に受け止め、建設的に感情的にならずに素直に改善をする方が次につながるからです。\u003Cbr>失敗を恐れて踏み込めないよりは、失敗しながら改善を重ねる修正能力が大切だと私も思います。\u003Cbr>ちなみに私は身長が１６４センチです。\u003Cbr>どう頑張っても今から身長は伸びません。（骨延長手術という例外はありますが…）\u003Cbr>ですので自分の最良の及ばない身長に対して考えてもしょうがないです。\u003Cbr>それよりもダイエットしたり、筋肉をつけるためにトレーニングをする方が建設的かなと思います。\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>私の一番の後悔\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>は\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>早くに父を亡くした\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ので\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>成長した自分の姿\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>も見せれず\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>親孝行も出来なかったこと\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>です。\u003Cbr>兄妹ともに孫の姿がギリギリで見せられなかったことを後悔していると思います。\u003Cbr>しかし、弟は弟で子供を溺愛し、私は私で父の代わりに甥と遊ぶことで溺愛することで前へ進んでいます。\u003Cbr>後悔とは自分の裁量の及ばない最たるものです。\u003Cbr>しても意味はないので、それよりも\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>その後悔への検証と改善を糧\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>に\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan
