style=\"color:#F25446;\">\u003Cstrong>理想的な授業は、「丁寧に教えること」ではなく、「自力で解けるようにすること」\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>です。\u003Cbr>そのために、授業を「4つのステップ」に分解し、ロールプレイも交えながらそのステップを実践する方法を学んでもらいました。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ミーティング後の「振り返り表」には、\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>・自分が教えすぎていたことに気づいた。今後はもっと生徒に問いかけをしていきたい。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>・今日の授業で何を身に付けてほしいのか、もっと明確に伝えるべきだと思った。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>などの前向きな決意をたくさん書いてもらうことができました。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>大切なのは、それを実際の授業で「実践」し、\u003Cspan
