class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u003Cspan>2026年に首都圏の中学3年生（現・高校1年生）の保護者140名を対象に行われた調査では、部活動をしていた113人のうち、約80％が「部活と勉強を両立できた」と回答しています。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u003Cspan>もちろん、「両立は大変だった」という声もあります。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u003Cspan>それでも、約8割が両立できたと答えていることからも、\u003Cstrong>「部活をしている＝受験に不利」ではない\u003C\u002Fstrong>ことが分かります。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u003Cspan>大学受験に合格した部活生319名を対象とした調査では、58.9％が「部活動は大学受験に良い影響を与えた」と回答。一方、「悪い影響を与えた」と回答したのは約1割でした。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u003Cspan>部活動で身につけた集中力や時間の使い方、仲間とのつながりなどが、受験にもプラスになったと考えられます。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>\u003Cspan>大切なのは「部活をやめること」ではなく「時間の使い方」\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u003Cspan>では、部活と勉強を両立するには、何が必要なのでしょうか。\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u003Cspan>ポイントは、\u003Cstrong>勉強時間を無理に増やすことではありません。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp
