class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>個別指導塾に通う必要性\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>はあまり感じませんでした。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>まずは、市販の計算ドリルやプリントを毎日こなせば力はつく、という感じでした。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>私自身は計算に苦労した経験はありませんし、計算ドリルやプリントを大量にこなした経験もありません。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>小学校で習った計算を頭の中で繰り返しておけば、できるようになりました。\u003Cbr>やや特殊なのかもしれません。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>しかし、現状ですが、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>プリントや計算ドリルを渡すだけ\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>で\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>基礎計算能力が向上することは稀\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>です。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>伸びる子は昔と同じように簡単に伸びます。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>しかし、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>１４×３＝４２を出すために、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>一の位から順番に掛け算をし、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>①３×４＝１２\u003Cbr>②３×１＝３\u003Cbr>③一の位の計算で出た「１」を繰り上げて、３＋１＝４となり、答えは４２になる。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>という手順を手取り足取り教えなければ、計算できない子が増えています。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>そもそも、頭の中で筆算をすること自体が思い浮かばない子が多いです。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>発想自体がないのです。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>もう、それは個別指導を受けないと学習するのが難しい状況だと思います。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>前学年の単元でも、生徒それぞれに合わせたカリキュラムを提案できるのが個別指導の強みです。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>更に、生徒が頭の中でどのように筆算や暗算をしているのかを、一人一人ヒアリングしながら指導できるのも個別指導の強みです。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>各小学校で起きている現象は、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>①小３の掛け算、割り算でつまずく。（あるいは、筆算なら計算できる）\u003Cbr>②小４の桁の大きい割り算の筆算で、９６÷１６＝６などの計算ができないため、つまずく。\u003Cbr>③小５の小数の割り算が全くできない。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>この流れが顕著に見えます。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>桁の大きい割り算の筆算では、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>４２÷３＝１４\u003Cbr>５１÷３＝１７\u003Cbr>９０÷１５＝６\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>などが暗算でできる必要があります。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>簡単な割り算を更に筆算しないと解けないため、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>手が止まり、\u003Cbr>演習が進まなくなり、\u003Cbr>算数への苦手意識が高まり、\u003Cbr>勉強が億劫になる。\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>こうしたサイクルが見受けられます。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>上記の割り算では、\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>１４×３＝４２\u003Cbr>１７×３＝５１\u003Cbr>１５×６＝９０\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>という掛け算を頭の中で自動的に処理できる必要があります。\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>これを\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>小さな世界一の事実を積み上げること\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>自分で自分を小さなことをやり遂げることで褒めること\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>を\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>毎日繰り返すこと\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>で\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>自己肯定感を高め\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ています。\u003Cbr>勉強にも通じることですが、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>毎日やることを習慣化する\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>と\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>やらないと気持ち悪くなる\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>ので\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>歯を磨くように掃除\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>をしています。\u003Cbr>稀に仕事の都合や突然の電話何度で開校に間に合わなくて掃除が出来なくても自己嫌悪には陥りません。\u003Cbr>毎日やれているんだから明日からまたやろうと気持ちを切り替えています。\u003Cbr>視点を他者との比較ではなく、自分との約束事を守ることに向けてみると意外と簡単に世界一になったという感覚を持てます。\u003Cbr>自己肯定感が高いにこしたことはないです。\u003Cbr>自分がやった事実に対して、自分をほめると、毎日が楽しくなります。\u003Cbr>割とハードな日々を送っていますし、落ち込むこともありますが、それ以上にポジティブに自分のやれたことに対しては自分で評価することを心がけると継続することが楽しくなってきます。\u003Cbr>また次のブログで書きますが、自己評価が低いのと自己肯定感の高さは両立できます。\u003Cbr>私自身は自己評価が極めて低いです。\u003Cbr>不安になりやすいですし、緊張もすごいです。\u003Cbr>しかし、不安も緊張も限界まで思い詰めると、開き直るしかないので、成功のためのスパイスだなと感じています。\u003Cbr>不安と緊張と向き合う決心と覚悟を持てるようになったからだと思います。\u003Cbr>話がずれました。\u003Cbr>ですので、\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan class=\"text-big\">\u003Cstrong>生徒が授業を頑張っているとき\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fspan>\u003Cbr>や\u003Cbr>\u003Cspan
